Brand Identity & Visual Language

Club Soda's Dating app was designed and positioned by a tight nit team focused on creating a memorable brand experience that focused on delightful elements, a classical pallet and sophisticated appeal. By honing in on what we wanted to communicate about the brand at the start of the project, we were able to drive a design process which was not subjective and kept users at the center of our focus.

UX Strategy

Crafting a Lifestyle Experience that Breaks Out

After rigorous research and interviews of super users, we led multiple workshops to flesh out the product and develop MVP prototypes of the product to test the experience and usability before embarking on visual design of the mobile app. After validating our vision and refining many features, we executed an agile design process to design and iterate the product a we built out the full product prototype before we began coding the product.

Building for Scale, While Optimizing Development

We built for speed to market all along knowing that we may need to rapidly add features, need to optimize for larger user loads and plan for processing needs. By using an agile approach that prioritizes the features, focuses on sprint cycles, and involves a cross functional pod, we were able to focus on keeping costs low, and build a beta release with the ability to quickly pivot and take on the continually evolving nature of software engineering.
